Governor Shri Rameswar Thakur was chief guest in the function in state level Inter School Talent search programme-2006 held at municipal conference hall, Puri on 11th November 2006, organized by a voluntary orgnisation named ‘Nirman’.
In his speech he mentioned that the appreciation and encouragement of the budding talents would lead to development of society as well as of the county.
